We rely on express couriers that allow us to ship throughout Italy and deliver the goods in 2-3 working days.
Shipping is trackable online.
Shipping costs amount to 5.00 euros.
We offer free shipping for orders over 50.00 euros paid by credit card, SEPA bank transfer, PayPal.
Shipping costs with cash on delivery amount to 10.00 euros for orders up to 50.00 euros, and 5.00 euros for orders from 50.00 to 100.00 euros.
For orders over 100.00 euros, we offer free shipping even if you choose to pay on delivery.

Returns
Purchases on our portal are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees you the right of withdrawal.
The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:
The returned products must be intact, preferably in the original packaging (for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal).
This right is reserved for natural persons. Resellers are therefore excluded.
You will have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase.
To exercise this right, you must send us an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
– invoice number
- order number
- order's date
– the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the item code and your bank details (IBAN code), which we will use for the refund.
We will send you a confirmation email and we will agree with you on the return method, which must take place within 14 days of your communication, the date by which the refund will be made by us.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer who benefits from the right of withdrawal.
In general, although not expressly written, the legal provisions regarding distance contracts apply. Any possible dispute will be subject to Italian jurisdiction.
