Shell effect powders used to create stamping on the adhesive surface of nail polish and gel colour, or also in the traditional way as pigment powder. To obtain a special shell effect, you need to rub them on a surface without dispersion, using an applicator in the same way as mirror effect powders. With a very small quantity you get the desired effect. Always seal with a top coat.
