Magnetic Pigment Moyra n.7 Blue

Magnetic pigment powder, when mixed with a dispersion-free top can be used to create a surface and patterns with a cat's eye effect. It can be used traditionally as a powder pigment for the surface effect of print motifs and for nail decoration.
